Winter in Rexburg

It is 34 degrees and we think a heat wave has hit.  Really!  For the past month it has been -20, 0, and once it got to 13 degrees. Ethan went on a boyscout camp out last weekend and it was -20.  I literally prayed that he would not freeze.  He came home and his cheeks were very rosy, but I had bundled him up with so many layers that he did ok.  (There were other boys who were not so lucky- sad.)

It is crazy though because the people who have lived here forever just wear hoodies and light jackets.  Maddie goes to the bustop in a coat and hoodie and boots.  The other kids have jackets- sometimes.  Some kids came over to our house yesterday wearing flip flops.  BRRRRRRR.

It is even to cold to go skiing- now that is cold.
